Boxing |
Get ready to Rumble! Increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance as you learn boxing combinations and techniques . . . fight your way to a leaner, meaner you! Classes incorporate core training, strength conditioning, and footwork drills to help you up your game and to keep you from throwing in the towel. Heavy bags, speed bags, and mitts are used, so gloves are needed. Come ready to battle your way through timed rounds on the bags, and improve your fitness level and relieve your aggression. Kickboxing |
Smokin Joe Frazier, with a little kick! Take your boxing combinations, add some lower body movements, and some hard core beats, and you have a butt-kicking workout. Work on your skilss, as you improve your power, strength, and lower body, while working on your abdominal, and core strength as well. All classes use heavy bags, so gloves are needed. Are you ready to kick it up a notch?

Resist-A-Ball |
This core training class will tone up those abs in no time, and develop the muscles around your spine to help you improve your posture, your everyday functions, and best of all your six-pack. Stability balls used.

Yoga |
Reach peak physical and mental strength while sculpting your body. Hatha Yoga with a little heat. Participarnts are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. |

Grades 3-8. Boot camp style fitness program to get kids moving and in shape, all while having fun! |
Respect |
Teen Girls Grades 7-12. Building self esteem through strength training produces empowered, confident teens. |
Camp Flex |
Teens will be challenged to work hard, reach goals, make friends, and gain confidence. Teens and parents will receive information on living healthy lifestyles that will be practiced at camp and expected to be implemented at home. Read more . . . |
